How to Develop Team Goals is one of two short animated film programmes commissioned and produced by Gower. At 10 minutes long each film is an ideal session starter for a group teaching session or can provide the core of a short team meeting or training session. Using animation allows the films to present their messages in a direct and entertaining manner and avoids the problem of an inappropriate context or location. The simplicity of the animated programmes makes them suitable both for experienced and first-time trainers.
